Subscription Program Terms & Conditions

The Apex Research Services Monthly Research Subscription ("Subscription") is a recurring auto-ship program that automatically delivers a selected research compound bundle or individual product(s) to the subscriber ("you," "Member") on a monthly basis at a discounted subscription price. The Subscription is available only to verified purchasers who are 21 years of age or older and who acquire products solely for lawful scientific research purposes.

Your Subscription begins on the date of your initial enrollment and renews automatically every 30 days thereafter. On each renewal date, your payment method on file will be charged the then-current monthly subscription price, plus applicable taxes. Your first charge occurs at the time of enrollment. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar date each month (or the next business day if that date falls on a weekend or holiday). You authorize Apex Research Services to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring additional authorization each billing cycle, provided that you have not cancelled your Subscription in accordance with Section 5 below.

The current monthly subscription price is disclosed at the time of enrollment and on your account page. Pricing is subject to change. Apex Research Services will provide not less than 30 days' advance written notice of any price increase via the email address associated with your account before the change takes effect. If you do not cancel your Subscription before the effective date of a price change, you will be deemed to have accepted the new price. You will never be charged a higher price without prior notice.

Promotional, trial, or introductory pricing applies only during the expressly stated promotional period. Upon expiration of any promotional period, your Subscription will automatically renew at the then-current standard monthly rate. The standard rate will be clearly disclosed to you at enrollment and in any promotional offer materials.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date with no cancellation fee. To cancel, use any of the following methods: (a) Online (Fastest): Log in at apexresearchservices.org/account → Subscription Settings → Cancel Subscription; (b) Email: Send a cancellation request to cancel@apexresearchservices.com with your order number or account email — you will receive written confirmation within one (1) business day; (c) Phone: Call us during business hours (Monday–Friday, Arizona Time). Cancellation is effective immediately upon confirmation. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month, and your Subscription will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. There are no early termination fees, penalties, or account charges for cancelling.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations: If you cancel your Subscription before your monthly order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a full refund of any charge incurred in that billing cycle. Post-Shipment: If your order has already shipped, we will accept returns of unopened, undamaged product within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy at apexresearchservices.org/refunds-returns. Refunds for returned subscription orders will be issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for charges processed more than one billing cycle in the past unless an error on our part caused the charge.

Apex Research Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscription program at any time. If we discontinue the program, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice to all active Members and will not charge any Member after the program's effective termination date. If we materially modify Subscription terms to your detriment (other than pricing covered by Section 3), we will provide not less than 14 days' written notice, and your continued participation after the effective date will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment and contact information in your account. Apex Research Services is not liable for failed charges resulting from outdated payment information. If a charge is declined, we will attempt to notify you and may pause or suspend your Subscription until payment is resolved. We will not ship any subscription order for which payment has not been successfully collected.

Subscription membership does not alter the Research Use Only restriction applicable to all products. All Subscription deliveries are subject to the Site-Wide Research Use Disclaimer and Product Page Disclaimers incorporated into these Terms. Any Member who uses delivered products for non-research purposes, including human consumption, is in breach of these Terms and will be immediately terminated from the Subscription program without refund.

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles, to the extent not preempted by applicable federal law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Apex Research Services Terms of Use.
