Return Policy
Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@apexresearchservices.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any returns.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, reconstituted, or improperly stored products cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
