By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified research professional, academic, or licensed laboratory operator.

You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All products are intended exclusively for laboratory research and in-vitro testing. They are not for human or veterinary use.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices may change without notice.

Orders are processed within one business day. Delivery times depend on carrier and destination.

Sealed products may be returned within 14 days. Opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned.

All content on this site is the property of Apex Research Services and protected by copyright law.

Apex Research Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products.

You agree to indemnify Apex Research Services against any claims arising from your use or misuse of products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.

Apex Research Services offers a Monthly Research Subscription program ("Subscription") that allows qualified purchasers to receive recurring deliveries of selected research compounds at a reduced subscription price. The Subscription is available exclusively to purchasers who meet the age, qualification, and research-purpose requirements described in these Terms and in the purchaser certification completed at checkout. Apex Research Services reserves the right to accept or decline any Subscription enrollment at its sole discretion.

By enrolling in the Subscription, you expressly authorize Apex Research Services to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis without requiring additional authorization for each billing cycle, subject to the pricing, notice, and cancellation rights described in the full Subscription Terms & Conditions, incorporated herein by reference and available at apexresearchservices.org/subscription-terms. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that sufficient funds or credit are available to satisfy the recurring charge.

In accordance with applicable law, including the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) and the California Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600–17606), Apex Research Services discloses all material subscription terms — including charge amount, billing frequency, and cancellation method — before you provide billing information and before the order is submitted. Enrollment requires separate, affirmative consent to the subscription feature, distinct from acceptance of these general Terms of Use.

You have the right to cancel your Subscription at any time before the next billing date with no cancellation fee. Cancellation may be completed online through your account portal, by email, or by telephone, as described in the Apex Research Services Cancellation Policy at apexresearchservices.org/cancellation-policy. Cancellation initiated online takes effect immediately upon confirmation. Your cancellation right is not subject to any waiting period, retention script, or requirement to speak with a representative.

Apex Research Services will send a pre-renewal notification email to your account email address prior to each monthly billing. This email will disclose the upcoming charge amount, the billing date, and instructions for cancelling before the charge occurs. Failure to receive this email due to factors outside our control does not excuse the renewal charge if we transmitted the notice to your address of record. You are responsible for maintaining a current, valid email address in your account.

Apex Research Services will provide not less than thirty (30) days' written notice before implementing any price increase on an active Subscription. Notice will be sent to your account email address and will specify the new amount, the effective date, and cancellation instructions. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Subscription is available solely for the delivery of products designated "For Research Use Only." Subscription membership does not alter the research-use restriction applicable to all Apex Research Services products. All products delivered through the Subscription remain subject to the Research Use Disclaimer and Purchaser Acknowledgment. Any Member who uses Subscription products for human consumption or other non-research purposes is in breach of these Terms and will be terminated from the Subscription program immediately without refund.

If you believe a charge to your account was made in error — including any charge that occurred after a confirmed cancellation — please contact Apex Research Services immediately at billing@apexresearchservices.com. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes within five (5) business days. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us — chargebacks that are subsequently found to be unwarranted may result in account suspension.
