We believe canceling a subscription should be as easy as signing up. There are no cancellation fees, no required phone calls, and no penalty for canceling at any time.

When Can I Cancel?

You may cancel your Apex Research Services Monthly Research Subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel before your next scheduled renewal date. Your renewal date is displayed in your account dashboard at apexresearchservices.org/account.

How Do I Cancel?

Choose any of the following options — all are equally valid and effective:

Option 1 — Online Account Portal (Recommended — Instant):

Log in to your account at apexresearchservices.org/account
Click "Subscription Settings"
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Confirm your cancellation when prompted

You will receive an immediate on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email within minutes.

Option 2 — Email:

Send an email to cancel@apexresearchservices.com with your name and the email address associated with your account. No other information is required. We will process your cancellation and send written confirmation within one (1) business day.

Option 3 — Phone:

Call us during business hours (Monday–Friday, Arizona Time). A representative will process your cancellation immediately and confirm it verbally and by email.

What Happens After I Cancel?

Your subscription cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
You will retain access to any products included in your current paid billing period.
You will not be charged again after a confirmed cancellation.
You will receive a written cancellation confirmation to the email on file — keep this for your records.

Will I Receive a Refund?

If you cancel before your next billing date, no additional charge will occur. If a charge occurred in the same billing cycle as your cancellation and your order has not yet shipped, you are entitled to a full refund of that charge. For shipped orders, please refer to our Return Policy at apexresearchservices.org/refunds-returns. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Did Not Receive a Cancellation Confirmation?

If you requested cancellation and did not receive a confirmation within two (2) business days, please contact us immediately at support@apexresearchservices.com. We take all cancellation requests seriously and will investigate promptly.
